**ALL SKATERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP**

First family member

Applies to one family member, or individual skater, over the age of 18.

Applies for the first family member over the age of 18, and a second family member.

Applicable to the third family member.

Applicable to the fourth family member.

Collegiate

Applies to current college students. The cost of the membership is only for the first year. There is no additional cost for the second-fourth years.

This membership option is available for related persons residing at the same address as an introductory member.

Secondary Membership in addition to another Club Membership.
